Refund policy

RETURNS:  

Here at Marie Antonietta, we want you to be completed satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your new handbag we are here to help.

There is a 7 day return your item from the day of delivery for a complete refund or exchange. The item must be unused with tags and original packaging. If change of mind customers provides return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, error or damaged on delivery.

No returns on final sale items.

EXCHANGES:

If needing a different Colour (if in stock) or Style (if in stock) we are happy to offer exchange within the 7 days return window.

Email us on mariateresa@adam.com.au with you order number and reason. we will respond with authorise response and shipping instruction. 

Once we receive and inspect return item (s), we will refund your payment within 5-7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email that you refund has been processed.
